Vertical Mills reducer installation

Before installation: Check whether the level of the base plate is suitable. After the ground plate and the reducer bottom plate are bolted, use the feeler gauge to check the adhesion of the contact surface of the bottom plate. The clearance is less than 0.1mm. Check to evenly distribute the gap to ensure the concentricity of the mill flange and the output flange of the reducer.

During installation: the motor must be centered with the reducer, and the jump value must be controlled within 0.1mm to be used. After the centering, the reducer and the motor must be positioned. It is also required to carefully check whether the temperature measuring resistance wire in the junction box is connected properly, check whether the oil tank inside the oil station is clean, and check whether the high pressure oil pipe nozzle of the reducer has a cap.

After installation: Conduct on-site test, confirm that the reducer can be started at no load, and ensure that the bearing temperature is controlled within 75 °C in summer and 80 °C in winter, before it can be used normally.
